Dao Duang Mai - Single
released December 4, 2019
Today I delivered my son. In this painful but extremely special day I also wanted to release a new song - ‘Dao Duang Mai’ (A New Planet).
I believe that most people go through so many different stages in their lives, like they are moving from one planet to another: the planet of happiness, the planet of sadness, the planet of loneliness, the planet of disappointment, the planet of regret, the planet of uneasiness and plenty of others…
But whenever we feel these ways we should never forget there are so many other planets we can move to and accommodate ourselves. And we always have the option to start anew.
This is the message I would like to pass on to my son, and to anyone who is there to listen…

Morlam music captivated me from a very young age and has continued to do so as I have grown older. It made me dream of singing Morlam and even having an album of my own one day.
To fulfill my dreams all I needed was an album where I could show my admiration for Morlam with the help of a Phin and a Khene.
Today I would like to thank everyone for making this possible.
